You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. mp035 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify age during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold only one active mp035 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through multiple registrations will be forfeited. Shared devices are subject to additional verification requirements.
All deposits and withdrawals on mp035 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering is 30x the bonus amount for welcome offers. Different game types contribute at different rates: slots at 100%, table games and live casino at 10%. Full details appear in Section 7.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses, use automated software, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. mp035 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity continuously.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which mp035 holds its international gaming license. By creating an account, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the platform.

The Platform is operated primarily for the benefit of players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any other person and that you are not a professional player acting in an agency capacity.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform:
To access real-money games and services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
Each individual person may hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. If we detect that you hold or have held more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them. This policy applies regardless of which device or IP address was used to create the accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify mp035 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. mp035 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any other person, permit any other person to use your account, or access any other person's account on the Platform. Any account found to be shared or operated by multiple individuals will be suspended pending investigation.
mp035 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all player accounts as a condition of its international gaming license and in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
You may be requested to provide the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before your first withdrawal:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). During peak periods such as Idul Fitri, Lebaran, or other Indonesian public holidays, processing times may extend to 72 hours. You will be notified by email and in-platform notification upon completion of your verification review.
If you fail to provide the required KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, mp035 reserves the right to restrict your account to read-only status, suspend withdrawal privileges, or close your account entirely. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory anti-money-laundering checks.
mp035 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels:
The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits and availability of each channel. mp035 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. Deposit limits for specific payment channels are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours. The following daily withdrawal limits apply by account tier:
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. mp035 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal request where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide supporting documentation.
mp035 strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming commitment. You may configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately; any request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
mp035 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and the specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 7. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms.
New players who complete KYC verification and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the mp035 Welcome Bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and minimum qualifying deposit are displayed on the promotional page at the time of the offer and may be amended from time to time. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.
mp035 may offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits for sports betting (including bandar bola — sports bookmaker — markets and mix parlay accumulators), loyalty rewards, seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), and VIP-exclusive offers. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

All Bonus Funds awarded by mp035 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The following standard wagering rules apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the total Bonus Funds amount. For example: if you receive a bonus of Rp 500.000, you must place total eligible wagers of Rp 15.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, as follows:
All wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the date on which the Bonus Funds are credited to your account. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. Real-money balance unrelated to the bonus will not be affected.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is Rp 100.000 for slots and Rp 200.000 for sports betting markets. Placing bets above these limits while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All casino and slot games available on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies. Game results are determined entirely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by mp035, individual players, or any external party.
All sports betting markets — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure:
In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, mp035 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Players' accounts. mp035 will not be liable for any loss of winnings that would have been realized but for the malfunction. Bets placed during a known or declared system outage are void.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your access rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
mp035 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mp035's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mp035 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, even if mp035 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that all wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. mp035 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you sustain as a result of wagering activity on the Platform, provided that all games were operating correctly at the time the wager was placed.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any real-money balance. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
mp035 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by mp035 for reasons other than player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp035 holds its international gaming license.
By creating an account and using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia.
mp035 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and by a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
